Relax & exercise while your child plays next door during select fitness class hours! On the Momence app, simply sign yourself up for the class you want to enjoy and then sign your child up for the coordinating Kid Social Hour. Kid Social Hour is held next door at Well-Nurtured Development and led by Miss Larissa Nel, who has ten years of childcare experience. Larissa loves creating activities, playing, being silly, and making children feel comfortable while also providing the structure and care they need! Your child will play in our safe, welcoming sensory space while also practicing their social skills to meet new friends. Recommended for ages 2+.
